Love 'em or 'hate em, stick figures are sticking around. What looked like a one-season-wonder is still going strong. The dad, mom, soccer boy, skier girl, crawling baby and smiley doggie can now be zombies, gun-toting rednecks, action heroes or ah-hem … stick adults in the middle of making stick babies. Yuck, yet amusing.

Expect to pay roughly $2.50 for a stick pet with the shopping mom costing $4. A pre-made happy family kit, more than $10, lets you decide if the kids smile or wave.

But what if you want it to resemble the real you? At family-stickers.com the fun is never ending. For $20 you can create your very happy family. There are thousands of combinations of happiness. You can even add colour – isn't that exciting? Authorities suggest avoiding too much personal detail or names.

What if happy stick family isn't you? Just type in "car decals" on Amazon.ca and browse through the more than 18,000 stickers ranging from cute to disgusting. Make sure you purchase vinyl decals so skier girl can be easily peeled and replaced with more cats.
