The start of the Pebble Beach Tour d’Elegance, part of the Monterey Peninsula‘s classic car week. The tour is a parade open to all entrants in the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. The event underscores the early history of the Monterey peninsula, tracing parts of the original 17-Mile Drive that was the course for the Pebble Beach Road Races, includes a lunch in Carmel-by-the-Sea for all participants and drive down Highway 1 to Big Sur.Tom O‘Neal
