Q&A: A top fund manager on how to bolster your portfolio

Alan Radlo's CI Cambridge Canadian Asset Allocation fund won Lipper Awards last week for one and three years in the tactical balanced category. For three years ending last Oct. 31, it posted an average annual return of 9.6 per cent, thanks in large part to a strategy of seeking high-yielding investments with growth potential while largely staying clear of bonds.
