Cervus Equipment Corp (CVL-T) says it's seeking a long term sale and leaseback of approximately $50- to $60-million worth of its real estate assets.

"While the majority of our dealerships are already located in leased premises, there is an opportunity to work with a long term landlord specializing in commercial real estate to capitalize on the value of our dynamic real estate portfolio," stated chief financial officer Randy Muth in a release.

 D-BOX Technologies Inc. (DBO-T) says it has agreement to install another 10 of its motion systems in Cineplex Entertainment (CGX-T) theatres across Canada, bringing the total to 77.

Calian Group Ltd. (CGY-T) says its systems engineering division (SED) has signed a $8-million contract to provide two Earth-observation antenna systems to MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (MDA-T).

The agreement supports MDA's contract with the Canadian Department of National Defence's Polar Epsilon 2 project.

"This project is an excellent example of the innovation being delivered by our SED division," said CEO Kevin Ford President in a release.

DHX Media Ltd. (DHXM-Q; DHX.A-T; DHX.B-T) reported fourth-quarter revenue of $75.3 -million, up 6 per cent from $71.2 -million a year ago.
Its net loss was $1.7-million or a penny per share compared to a profit of $3.7-million or 3 cents a year earlier.

Medical Facilities Corp. (DR-T) says its Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital is buying the Prairie States Surgical Center, L.L.C., which owns and operates Prairie States Surgical Center for $19.95 -million (U.S.)

Prairie States is an ambulatory surgical centre on Sioux Falls, South Dakota that specializes in orthopedic procedures.

"Prairie States Surgical Center is a great addition, a clear demonstration of the organic growth opportunities within our current markets and will increase our profile in the Sioux Falls community," CEO Britt Reynolds said in a release.

AGF Management Limited (AGF.B-T) reported net income of $7.9-million in the third quarter, down from $11.9 -million a year ago.

Earnings per share came in at 10 cents down from 12 cent a year ago.

Total assets under management was $34.2-billion, compared $33.3 -billion a year earlier.

AlarmForce Industries Inc. (AF-T) has a temporary management cease trade order in connection with the late filing of its third-quarter interim financial statements.

The order comes as the company continues its review of revenue recognition policies dating back to the fourth quarter of 2013 for revenue generated from customer contracts after a customer had requested cancellation of services.

"The company reports that its review is ongoing and that it continues to work diligently to complete its review, determine whether any restatement of historical financial statements is necessary and file its financial statements for the third quarter of fiscal 2016 as soon as possible," it said in a release.
