(9:30 a.m. ET) Fed chair Janet Yellen makes welcoming remarks in Washington at the Conference on Monetary Policy Implementation and Transmission in the Post-Crisis Period
(2 p.m. ET) U.S. budget deficit for October. Estimate is $130-billion, up from $121.7-billion in October 2014.

(8:30 a.m. ET) U.S. PPI final demand for October. Consensus is an increase of 0.2 per cent from previous month and a decline of 1.2 per cent year over year. Excluding food and energy, consensus is increases of 0.1 per cent and 0.5 per cent, respectively.
