Petromanas Energy Inc.

Peteromanas is focused on exploration in Europe with operations now in Albania and France. The Albanian business is focused on light oil targets and the French operations is focused on conventional natural gas targets (which do not need fracking). PMI is led by an experienced exploration-focused management team. PMI is well-financed with $44-million of cash on the balance sheet (no debt) at the end of Q1/13 and has very attractive 3-well cost sharing arrangement with Shell.

Tamarack Valley Energy

TVE has two key plays focused on oil volumes which has moved liquids production to 2,890 boe/d in Q2/13. Liquids are now 59 per cent of total production. Cash flow per share should exceed $2 in 2013. Stock trades below book value and below NAV of $4.28/share. Tamarack has a 12-month target of $5.00
