Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire two fully leased, single tenant, income producing industrial properties for a total purchase price of $19.5-million.

AEterna Zentaris Inc. , which is trading near a year low of 53 cents, announced that it has received a notice from The NASDAQ Stock Market indicating that the company's minimum bid price has fallen below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days, and, therefore, was not in compliance with NASDAQ Marketplace Rules. The company has been provided 180 calendar days, or until Nov.12, 2012, to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement.

Continental Nickel Ltd. and Australia-based IMX Resources Limited have entered into a definitive arrangement agreement pursuant to which IMX has agreed to acquire all the issued and outstanding common shares in the capital of Continental that it does not already own for shares and warrants in the capital of IMX.

Dynex Power Inc. said net profit for the first quarter ended March 31st, 2012, totalled $759,000, or $0.01 per share, compared with $216,000, or $0.00 per share, last year. Total revenues jumped 39 per cent to $10.5-million.

Callinex Mines , which fell 6 per cent to year lows yesterday, reported that drill hole samples from their recently completed exploration program at Gossan Hill have successfully extended the main zone of gold mineralization at depth and along strike. Of particular interest is DDH GOS59, which returned assays of 3.88 g/t gold over 4.25 meters, expanding the main zone at depth and along strike.
