Canadian issues that are moving on early news

Yellow Media Inc. announced Thursday the Quebec Superior Court granted an order suspending its obligation to pay any principal or interest or any similar payment accruing on or after September 30, 2012 under its existing credit facilities and medium-term notes. Accordingly, the $25-million principal repayment due October 1, 2012 under Yellow Media's existing credit facilities will not be paid.

Colabor Group Inc. announced a cash dividend of $0.18 per share for the third quarter of 2012. This dividend shall be paid on October 15, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the end of the business day on September 28, 2012.

Trinidad Drilling Ltd. declared a cash dividend for the third quarter of 2012 of $0.05 per common share to be paid October 15, 2012 to shareholders of record on September 28, 2012.

Corsa Coal Corp., which gained 20 per cent Wednesday, announced that during the third quarter of 2012 the company sold 138,000 clean tons of metallurgical coal at an average realized price of US$152 per clean ton in line with its published guidance of 140,000 tons. As well, the company sold 37,000 tons of thermal coal during the quarter at an average price of $32 a ton.

Canacol Energy Ltd. said total corporate proved reserves plus deemed volumes for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012 increased 98 per cent to 10.5 million barrels from 5.3 MMbbls for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011. CNE closed at $0.445 yesterday.

U3O8 Corp. said assay results from 12 bore holes confirm that mineralization extends over a minimum of 6.3 kilometers of a 10.5 kilometer prospective trend in the Berlin Project, Colombia. The company said exploration drilling is ongoing on the remainder of the Berlin trend where trenching has encountered similar mineralization at surface.

Sama Resources Inc. announced assay results for 13 additional holes drilled at its newly discovered nickel-cobalt rich laterite deposit within its Lola Project. The company said drilling has intersected up to 29 meters at 1.95 per cent nickel at its Newly Discovered Gogota Deposit.

Elemental Minerals Ltd. announced results of the independent pre-feasibility study on its Sintoukola Potash Project in the Republic of Congo.
