RateSupermarket.ca picks the best financial products of the past year. This website receives revenues from ads placed by financial companies, but it says the awards are based on merit.

And now a ranking of the banks and online brokers most responsive to customer e-mails. These ratings were compiled by Surviscor, an independent analysis firm.
