Where does the housing market go from here?
Sales in Toronto and Vancouver were down in April, but not by as much as in the previous month. Some agents believe the market is gaining strength again, but that view is not shared by some U.S. observers. Here, Bloomberg TV interviews the San Francisco-based hedge fund manager Vijai Mohan, who believes Canada's housing market is heading for a fall and hopes to profit from the decline.
