Saman Jaffery is an associate lawyer at Hull & Hull LLP, practicing in the areas of estates, trusts, capacity and fiduciary litigation. Ms. Jaffery joined the firm in 2011 and has experience in many areas of estate and trust litigation, including will and estate challenges, will and trust interpretations, dependant support applications, guardianship applications, capacity proceedings, passing of accounts and power of attorney litigation. She has appeared before civil and commercial courts throughout Ontario.
