Greece is dangerously near default and worries are intensfying that Europe's debt crisis could freeze the entire global financial system. Not surprisingly, European equities have been particularly battered. Is it time for savy investors to go bargain-hunting?

Mark Grammer, who manages the Mackenzie Universal Global Growth Fund, among other international funds, will join us for a live discussion Wednesday, Sept. 28 at 2:30 p.m. (ET). Mark has over 20 years investment experience and joined Mackenzie in August 2003 from Altamira, where he was vice-president of International Equities.

He'll share his insight on the outlook for Europe and where investment opportunities (and pitfalls) may exist overseas.
