Copier giant Xerox Corp. says it has appointed Mandy Shapansky as president, chief executive and chairman of its Xerox Canada division, effective July 1.

Ms. Shapansky, a chartered accountant, replaces Kevin Warren, who will become president of Xerox's U.S. Solutions group based at the company's Rochester, N.Y. offices.

Xerox said Wednesday that Ms. Shapansky had been chief financial officer and chief of staff for Xerox Canada. She joined the company 25 years ago.

Xerox Canada employs 3,600 people and generates annual revenues of more than $1.2-billion.
