As the COP27 United Nations Climate Change Conference meets in Egypt, we look at electric bus and truck manufacturer Vicinity Motor Corp. VMC-X. Over the past six months, as the stock lost momentum, Director James White spent just over $200,000 buying shares in the public market. In all, he acquired 135,400 shares at an average price of $1.49. Vicinity has expanded its product line to include trucks and on Oct. 17 it announced a US$100-million purchase order for a minimum of 1,000 of the trucks by the end of 2023.
