Goldmoney Inc. (XAU-T) reported fourth-quarter revenue of $171.1-million up from $131.9-million a year earlier.

Its net loss was $3-million or 4 cents per share compared to a loss of $2.2-million or 3 cents a year ago.

BNK Petroleum Inc. (BKX-T) issued a statement after markets closed on Thursday saying it’s “not aware of any undisclosed material information that may be affecting the trading price and volume of the company’s common shares.” The stock fell nearly 11 per cent or by 6 cents to 50 cents on Thursday.

Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure Ltd. (TWM-T) says it has entered into a fifteen-year liquids sale commitment with an investment grade counterparty (which wasn’t named in the release) “in exchange for an agreed upon liquids pricing premium.”
