The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd. (TGOD-CN) reported net revenues of $9.9-million, up from $7.3-million in the year-ago quarter. The expectation was for net revenue of $12-million, according to S&P Capital IQ.

Its net loss was $8.9-million or a penny per share versus a loss of $14.1-million or 3 cents per share a year ago, according to documents filed on Sedar.com

Platinum Group Metals Ltd. (PTM-T; PLG-A) reported a loss of US$990,000 or a penny US per share for its fourth quarter ended Aug. 31. That compared to a net loss of $4.2-million or 6 cents US per share a year earlier.

Vizsla Silver Corp. (VZLA-X) announced a strategic investment in Prismo Metals Inc. (PRIZ-CN) and the right of first refusal to purchase the company’s Palos Verdes project in Mexico and four million units of Prismo for a total consideration of $2-million.

The investment will include a $500,000 cash payment at closing and a million common shares of Vizsla. Each Prismo unit will consist of one common share of Prismo and one-half of one common share purchase warrant exercisable for two years at a price of 75 cents.

Following the completion of the investment, Vizsla said it will own and control approximately 12 per cent of Prismo shares and 17 per cent on a partially diluted basis.
