Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure Ltd. (TWM-T) and Tidewater Renewables Ltd. (LCFS-T) announced the appointment of Robert Colcleugh as interim CEO of both companies, effective immediately.

Mr. Colcleugh, who currently serves as a director of Tidewater Midstream, succeeds Joel MacLeod, who is stepping down from his management and board roles “to pursue other opportunities,” according to a company release.

Organigram Holdings Inc. (OGI-T) reported revenue of $45.5-million for its fourth quarter ended Aug. 31, compared to $25.9-million a year ago. The expectation was for revenue of $43.1-million in the latest quarter, according to S&P Capital IQ.

The company said its net loss was $6.1-million compared to a net loss of $26-million a year ago.

Robex Resources Inc. (RBX-X) reported gold sales of $30.8-million for its second quarter ended June 30, compared to $16.7-million a year ago.

Net income of $7.1-million compared to net income of $4.1-million a year ago.

Uranium Royalty Corp. (URC-Xannounced that it has notified Orano Canada Inc. of its election to receive royalty proceeds from the recently re-started McArthur River mine. URC’s royalty interest applies to Orano’s 30.2-per-cent ownership interest in the McArthur River Project operated by Cameco.

URC also said it has completed the indirect acquisition of an existing royalty on the Dawn Lake project in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin uranium district.

Kraken Robotics Inc. (PNG-X) reported third-quarter revenue of $12.3-million compared to $5.1 million in the prior year. The expectation was for revenue to come in at $13-million, according to S&P Capital IQ.

Its net loss in the quarter was $928,000 compared to a net loss of $2.6-million in the comparable quarter due to the increased gross margin on a year-over-year basis, the company stated.

Adjusted EBITDA was $1.8-million compared to an adjusted EBITDA loss of $1.3 million in the same quarter last year.
