EDMONTON , May 25, 2020 /CNW/ - AutoCanada Inc. ("AutoCanada" or the "Company") (TSX:ACQ.TO), a multi-location North American automobile dealership group, announced on April 20, 2020 that it will release its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2020 on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 after the close of markets. The Company will hold a conference call and webcast to discuss the results on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time ( 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time ).

The conference call will include prepared remarks from AutoCanada's management team. After the prepared remarks, the Company will accept questions from analysts and institutional investors.

Participants are asked to call at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the call. For those unable to participate on the live call, a replay will be made available until Thursday, June 18, 2020 by dialing 1.855.859.2056 ( Canada and U.S.), passcode 9588557. In addition, the Company announced details for its Annual General Shareholders meeting ("AGM"). Due to the continuing public health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, AutoCanada's 2020 AGM will be held in a virtual only meeting format on June 25, 2020 , at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time . Online access to the meeting will begin at 2:45 p.m. Eastern Time . You will not be able to attend the AGM in person.

We expect this modification in meeting format to be effective for this year only and to revert back to an in-person annual meeting in future years after public health conditions have improved.
