Alimentation Couche-Tard inc. (TSX:ATD-A.TO) (TSX:ATD-B.TO) invites media to its annual meeting of shareholders to be held on September 18, 2019 beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the Sheraton Laval hotel located at 2440, Autoroute des Laurentides in Laval.
Journalists wishing to attend are asked to report to the press table, located at the entrance of the Laval 1 room. Please note that television cameras, cameras and tape recorders will not be allowed, except for a short period of five minutes before the opening of the meeting.

Couche-Tard also offers other products, including aviation fuel and energy for stationary engines. Including employees at branded franchise stores, approximately 24,000 people work in its retail network, terminals and service offices across Europe.
In addition, under licensing agreements, approximately 2,250 stores are operated under the Circle K banner in 16 other countries and territories (Cambodia, China, Costa Rica, Egypt, Guam, Honduras, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Jamaica, Macau, Mexico, Mongolia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam), which brings the worldwide total network to more than 16,000 stores.
