Entered into an equipment financing agreement, with initial funding of $37 million U.S., with NYDIG ABL LLC. In addition, the Company reduced its $100 million U.S. Bitcoin (BTC)-backed credit facility with Galaxy Digital LLC (Galaxy) by $34 million U.S. to $66 million U.S. via the sale of 1,500 of its BTC holdings.
