Announced today that the monthly cash distribution for the month of April is $0.025per unit, representing $0.30 per unit on an annualized basis. The cash distribution will be paid May 16, to unitholders of record on April 29. BTB Real Estate Investment Trust shares T.BTB.UN are trading unchanged at $4.27.
