Chart of the Day: Carlisle Companies Gaps Higher to an All-Time High
The Barchart Chart of the Day belongs to Carlisle Companies (CSL). I found the stock by using Barchart.com to find the "Barchart New Highs" page, and then I clicked on pull-down to select stocks with new all-time highs. I then viewed the stocks on the list with the FlipCharts feature.
Carlisle Companies gapped higher today and posted an all-time high of $271.49 and closed up by +3.77%. The stock broke out above last Thursday’s previous record high of $262.67. Barchart’s TrendSpotter has been long since April 19, with a gain thus far of 2.5%.
