International Petroleum announces the appointment of William Lundin as IPC's new COO

International Petroleum Corp (TSX:IPCO.TO) had a short interest ratio of 2.63 by the end of the latest trading session, which means investors have a bullish outlook on the stock's performance in the near-term.

The company recently announced that it appointed William Lundin as its new chief operating officer. He will assume the position on December 1, 2020.

IPC CEO Mike Nicholson pointed out that Mr. Lundin is adequately suited for the position courtesy of his extensive experience. He previously handled engineering and production operations at IPC's Canadian department. He worked at BlackPearl Resources Inc. before it was acquired by IPC. Mr. Lundin is also the current director of ShaMaran Petroleum Corp.
