MIAMI, Nov. 15, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH) (the “Company”) announced today that it has commenced a registered direct offering of ordinary shares of the Company (the “Offering”) to certain holders of NCL Corporation Ltd.’s (“NCLC”), a subsidiary of the Company, 6.00% Exchangeable Senior Notes due 2024.
