SUGAR LAND, Texas, Nov. 7, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Noble Corporation plc ("Noble") (CSE: NOBLE, NYSE: NE) today announces changes to its share capital.

Noble has today issued 1,782,340,951 new capitalization shares, each with a nominal value of USD 1. These shares are non-dilutive to holders of A ordinary shares and will not be admitted to trading and official listing on any exchange.
