Prosperity Bancshares, Inc.® Increases Common Stock Dividend

HOUSTON, Oct. 20, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Prosperity Bancshares, Inc.® (NYSE: PB) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.52 per share for the fourth quarter of 2021, payable January 3, 2022, to shareholders of record as of December 15, 2021.  The fourth quarter dividend represents an increase of $0.03 per share, or 6.1%, from the prior quarter.
