Pioneer Natural Resources Company (NYSE: PXD) (“Pioneer” or “The Company”)today announced that the Company is rescheduling its second quarter 2022 earnings release and conference call. The earnings release is now scheduled to be issued after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. The conference call to discuss the second quarter results is now scheduled for Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.
