VANCOUVER, BC, Aug. 15, 2022 /CNW/ - Sandstorm Gold Ltd. ("Sandstorm Gold Royalties", "Sandstorm" or the "Company") (NYSE: SAND) (TSX: SSL) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the previously announced acquisition of Nomad Royalty Company Ltd. (NYSE: NSR) (TSX: NSR) ("Nomad") pursuant to a plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act (the "Acquisition").
