Announced today that Blair Welch, Founding Partner of Slate Asset Management, the external manager of Slate Grocery REIT, has been appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer of Slate Grocery REIT. He will replace David Dunn, who is stepping down as CEO of the REIT. Welch will serve as CEO until a permanent successor is identified and will remain a Trustee of the Board during this time. Slate Grocery REIT shares T.SGR.UN are trading unchanged at $14.84.
