Sandstorm Gold signs $2,155,000 financing package with Pacton Gold Inc.

With a strong shareholder base reflected through Sandstorm Gold Ltd (TSX:SSL.TO) 's institutional ownership of 74.80%, its investors are in the stock for the long haul. This company had recently signed a financing package with Pacton Gold Inc. (TSXV:PAC.VN) in a deal worth $2,155,000, which includes the latter purchasing royalties of Sandstorm on all the mineral properties of Pacton.

The transaction also calls for significant involvement of Sandstorm Gold in the private placement worth $5,000,000. Per agreement, the company agreed to make a payment of 2,650,000 post-consolidated common shares as per this private placement in the total proceeds worth $1,855,000. The company shall be paying an amount of $300,000 to Pacton under certain considerations.

Eldorado Gold Corp (TSX:ELD.TO) institutional ownership is 93.70% which means the shareholder base is strong and investors are in the stock for the long haul. Earlier this month, the company started off with the 3 km decline construction of Quebec, Canada based underground Lamaque gold mine.

This is the fully-permitted decline, which is expected to stretch from Sigma mill to Triangle Mine at 405 m level. The reserves and resources are found here. The company's decline is worth $24 million in investment and is expected to facilitate it with long-term and near-term benefits.

Detailed site preparations as well as engineering shall begin this month, while the portal's surface construction shall be kicked off in Q3-2020, September quarter.
