Freehold Royalties CEO Thomas Mullane Resigns

Freehold Royalties Ltd. (TSX:FRU.TO) was amongst the top gainers in yesterday's trading session gaining 4.86%. The company has announced that its CEO and President Thomas Mullane has resigned. The Chief Operating Officer, David Spyker has been appointed as the acting CEO and president during the period the company is searching from a permanent CEO to replace Thomas.

Recently the company announced its Q2 2002 results in which funds from operations were $10.6 million or $0.09 per share compared t $30.1 million or $0.25 per share a year ago. Freehold also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.015 per share payable on September 15, 2020, to shareholders that will be on record as of August 31, 2020.

Steppe Gold Announces Q2 2020 Results

Steppe Gold Ltd. (TSX:STGO ) is also among the stock that gained most in yesterday's trading session gaining 4.81%. the company had a strong Q2 2020 in which its production was 15,389 ounces of gold and 4,978 silver ounces. Steppe Gold had sales of $19.5 million in the quarter after selling 12,458 gold ounces and 3,728 silver ounces at average realized prices of $1,714 and $15 per ounce respectively.

Operating income from operations was $12.1 million while the company had adjusted EBITDA of $10.4 million. During the quarter Steppe Gold closed a non-brokered private placement of around CA$15 million and it ended the quarter with $23.1 million in cash.

TerraVest Industries Reports Its Fiscal Q3 2020 Results

Another stock that was among the top gainers in Yesterday's trading session is TerraVest Industries Inc. (TSE:TVK) which gained 4.08%. The company has announced its fiscal Q3 2020 results in which sales were $61,019 compared to $70,751 in Q3 2019. Net income in Q3 2020 was $3,854 compared to $4,603 a year ago which represents a 16% drop while adjusted EBITDA was $11,854 in the quarter. For the nine months ending June 30, 2020, the company had sales of $236,022 and a net income of $15,546. Adjusted EBITDA from the nine months was $37,284.

The company has also declared a dividend of $0.1 per share which will be payable on October 9, 2020, to holders that will be on record as of September 30, 2020.
