New U.S. research reveals that restaurant meals for adults at full-service chains topped the daily recommended levels for sodium and that many meals also provided a full day's calories in a single sitting. Researchers analyzed nutrients from 21 different restaurants, including Red Lobster, Dennys and Pizza Hut, and found that adult meals (appetizer, entrée and appetizer) averaged 75 per cent to 100 per cent of calories for an entire day. The average adult meal also exceeded daily recommended sodium levels by 153 per cent.

Nobody needs to teach actress Michelle Rodriguez how to have a good time. The Lost star was spotted kissing and cuddling with model Cara Delevingne while the pair took in an NBA game between the New York Knicks and Detroit Pistons earlier this week. Rodriguez, 35, and Delevingne, 21, also puffed on e-cigarettes and posed repeatedly for selfies while sitting in their courtside seats at Madison Square Garden. Rodriguez also posed for a picture with actor Kellan Lutz – both with tongues sticking out – which she later posted to Instagram with the caption: "Get out the licks for the Knicks."
