If you're travelling to South Korea and are considering renting a car, you may want to keep in mind that the country has one of the highest rates of traffic death in the world. Canada's Department of Foreign Affairs also warns that car drivers are presumed to be at fault in accidents involving motorcycles or pedestrians.
