Smoky eyes are a whole lot of look, as teenage actress/singer Taylor Momsen has shown of late. She's been taking the style to extremes, pairing dramatic raccoon-type makeup with dominatrix-inspired outfits. But as these other eye-catchers demonstrate, there's no need to go that far to make an impact.
