Never one to shy away from full-scale glamour, Oscar de la Renta filled his spring/summer 2012 runway collection with richly textured day dresses, flowy floor-length frocks and sexy strappy heels, all of which was paired with oversized dangly earrings dripping with gems. Jewellery designers followed suit, adding shoulder-skimming statement pairs to their lines. (No need to wear yours with a ball gown – jeans will do just fine.)
