Jamie Oliver: To be honest, not really. If you want a sweet dessert that's also healthy, dates, dried fruit or bananas are really the only ways to provide that sweetness, with the added benefit that you're getting fibre and nutrients. And dates really are the ultimate in doing this. Of course, no decent dessert is going to be all that good for you, so just have a small slice and enjoy!
