A quick and delicious way would be to butterfly some large prawns and toss in a hot wok with chopped chili and garlic. Slice asparagus and throw into the mix. When it smells fantastic, toss through some green onions, and a little honey, lemon and soy sauce to bring the whole story together. Serve with fluffy rice for a tasty supper.
