Ingredients
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
¼ cup water
4 cups fresh peas
½ cup white wine
Salt and pepper
Method
Heat butter and water in a medium saucepan until butter melts. Add peas and wine.
Cover and bring to a boil, remove lid and allow peas to simmer until cooked, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
