This little cocktail is as pure and elegant as the restaurant that created it. The garnishes are my own.

Ingredients

4 ounces unfiltered "nigori" sake

3 pomegranate-juice ice cubes

1 teaspoon fresh pomegranate seeds

1 sprig mint

Method

Pour cold sake over pomegranate ice cubes. Garnish with seeds and mint, and try not to drink it all up in five minutes.
