Ingredients

1 package fresh ramen noodles

4 cups hot chicken stock

1 tsp each soy sauce and miso paste

1/2 tsp sesame oil

Garnish with boiled egg, sliced green onions, enoki mushrooms, nori and grilled pork

Method

Simmer 1 package fresh ramen noodles in boiling water until just done. Drain and add to 4 cups hot chicken stock that has been seasoned with 1 tsp each soy sauce and miso paste, and 1/2 tsp sesame oil. When heated through, ladle into bowls and garnish with boiled egg, sliced green onions, enoki mushrooms, nori and grilled pork, if desired.
