Stephen Alexander's tips on grilling the perfect burger

Preheat grill to medium-high heat

Place burger on direct heat and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Flip burger twice more times, turning it slightly to give grill marks and cook until d juices run clear.

Do not press burger with spatula as this will cause burger to lose its juices.
