Strawberry kiwi smoothie Add to ...

My taste testers loved this delicious vitamin C-rich smoothie, one serving of which contains more than twice the recommended daily intake of vitamin C. Tip: Use mango juice with no added sugar, such as Ceres Mango Fruit Juice.

1 cup sliced strawberries

1 cup 100% pure mango juice

½ cup low-fat (1% MF or less) plain yogurt or soy yogurt

2 kiwi, peeled


Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If you are making this to enjoy later in the day, chill until serving.

Per serving: 166 calories, 5 g protein, 1 g total fat (0 g saturated fat), 38 g carbohydrate, 4 g fibre, 1 mg cholesterol, 53 mg sodium. Excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin K. Good source of vitamin E and potassium. Low in sodium, saturated fat and cholesterol.
