The best tomato salad
4 juicy ripe tomatoes, heirloom or not
Kosher salt
3 tbsp best olive oil you have
Additions
Buffalo mozzarella or burrata cheese
Sliced vidalia or red onions
Pesto
Crumbled ricotta
Method
Slice tomatoes and lay on a platter.
Sprinkle with salt, olive oil and a grind of pepper.
Serve as is or add any of the additions.
