Traditional red sangria is nice, but this white version has more pep and sparkle, and is simply gorgeous (and delish) with boozy yellow and green fruit as its base.

Servings: 4


2 cups cubed green and yellow fruit such as green grapes, Granny Smith apples, pineapple or mango

1/4 cup Cognac or orange liquor

1 bottle dry white wine

2 cups Sprite or ginger ale

5-6 lemon slices



Simply combine fruit with Cognac in the bottom of an airtight jar or Thermos.

Allow to sit 10 minutes before adding white wine, Sprite and lemon slices.

Pack ice separately and add before serving.
