It’s hard to argue with the literal accuracy of the name, at least as it applies to the wine’s creator. That would be Christie Brinkley, the American model. It’s a very good sparkling wine, too. Creamy and dry, it comes across with a burst of pear and apple fruit as well as tart cherry and a floral quality. One quibble: It’s pricey for a prosecco. But there’s stardust in the bottle, after all. And, bonus, it’s made from organic grapes. Available in Ontario.
