wine review

This is a dry chenin blanc with good varietal character. Medium-bodied and nervy, it combines flavours of apple, peach and honey with a musky, gingery aromatic backdrop and solid acid tension. A good choice for lightly spiced shellfish or for chicken or vegetable-based Asian stir-fries. Available in Ontario at the price below, $17.05 in Quebec.
