  • Year 2007
  • Region Napa Valley
  • Varietal Cabernet sauvignon
  • Food Pairing Medium-rare beef or lamb

From a small producer in Napa Valley, this red is built for the cellar. Full-bodied and round, it offers up Bordeaux-style structure and flavours, with blackberry and graphite joining the more typically Californian core of mocha. The tannins are sticky. If you can’t cellar it for five to 10 years, consider decanting and pairing it with medium-rare beef or lamb.
