There is virtually no pigment in this anemic-looking sparkling wine, but that's a deceptive trait. Virtually no colour does not mean no flavour. It's a very good prosecco, with a dry profile hinting at pear, lemon and lime. Balanced acidity keeps it elegant and fresh. Available in Ontario.
