This affordable white from southern France gets full points for packaging design. The cheery label sports the words "chardonnay" and "viognier" in big, yellow-and-black hand-drawn letters. No château imagery, nothing pretentious. For the money, it's a sound wine, too. Don't expect loads of complexity, but do expect medium-bodied balance, with crisp, clean orchard fruit and hints of vanilla, flowers and chalk.
