It's made by Tree Brewing of Kelowna, B.C., which has been fermenting fine suds since the early days of British Columbia craft brewing, circa 1996. A limited-edition, seasonal wheat ale, it's lighter than the standard all-barley fare, with an inviting cloudy golden yellow appearance that betrays its unfiltered beauty. Added pineapple and citrus flavourings give it a rounded, fruity core, yet it never strays far from home; this is grain-first beer, not fruit punch. Or you could think of it as a pineapple sandwich.
